Bella

That's quite the Mac collection! *v*

I've an eMac too, Snow, though she was moved off my desk (and into storage) cause she got in my way. ; ;

Krizonar

Yet only about 3 or 4 can fit in my room at any given time Xp (not enough desk space)

What's funny about my eMac is it has NEVER been in my house :D

Aurora Borealis

Awesome collection! You even have Macs for nearly each OSX version!

Krizonar

Well... if you count Snow Leopard as the future version of Leopa-/shot

It actually kinda bugs me that I don't have enough space for all of my family.

Krizonar

...sorry for double post.

Talking to my Aunt and Uncle and apparently they have a working Atari 800 upstairs in the closet.

Bella

It bugs me that most of my collection is in an unheated (but thankfully very dry) basement. >>

NejinOniwa

So, guys, I'm thinking. Wouldn't taking LAMBDA outside to work on my veranda be a good idea? INFINITE COOLING WORKS and nice view. Just needs some clothing for me -w-

currently trying to cool down my backup drive by putting it on the windowsill.

i feel like i don't belong here ;___;

Speedy:
Model: HP Pavillion DV6000 Special Edition
OS: Windows 7
RAM: 2gb
Hard Drive: 109 gb w/ 2 80gb holding most of her data and a 160 backup drive being built as we speak
Processor: AMD Turion 180 GHz
Etc: Has customized theme, with Nanami's voice installed.
Status: Active

Shitty:
Model: Random Gateway box made for win XP home
OS: XP pro, most likely
RAM: likely about 1.2 gb
Hard Drive: ?
Processor: ?
Etc: currently in the shop.
Status: inactive

Tanky:
Model: IBM Thinkpad 1999?
OS: Windows 98SE
Ram: ?
Hard Drive: ?
Processor: ?
Etc: Missing her power cable. I haven't powered her up in a few months, so i can't check anything. Last i heard her battery was dead.
Status: Active

Biggy:
Model: Compaq Desktop
OS: Windows 2000 SP4
RAM: 1/2 gb (roughly)
Hard Drive: ?
Processor: ?
Etc: Heavy as hell, she currently resides in the back corner of my room, on the floor, with lots of stuff heaped on top of her. :[ she has no wireless card, meaning she can't access the net (as my cable will not reach that far). She's quite sturdy, and reliable.
Status: Active

Gothy:
Model: Ipod Nano 4th Gen.
OS: whatever an ipod runs
RAM: ?
Hard Drive: 8gb of flash memory
Processor: ?
Etc: Gothy is ALMOST a computer, but i love her so she counts. She is currently Gothpod II, as III died a tragic and pathetic death. This cost me almost 3/4 of the storage i once had, but it's made me appriciate my songs more. :3 (plus the smaller size is semi-more-convenient.)
Status: Active (and charging :3)

Timmy:
Model: Tiger
OS: made for 95
RAM: ?
Hard Drive: ?
Processor: ?
Etc: Timmy is intended to be my legacy pc, but he came with only a motherboard and cables, and maybe one piece of crappy RAM. I have yet to fix him up, but he will run either 95 or ME (most likely 95, as idk if ME would be happy on such an old(ish) pc.
Status: inactive

Red-Machine

If Timmy was made for 95, it will have issues with ME.

I'd reccommend at least a 500MHz processor for ME.  Better 1GHz, tho.
Red_Machine: Flouting the Windows Lifecycle Policy since 1989!

Chocofreak13

exactly. i had the notion of reviving the old nostalgia in timmy (the good ol' days of windows 95~ <3).

i'll just have to hack together a box. no big deal. :3

Red-Machine

If you want a graphics card in it, it'll have to be PCI unless you have 95 OSR2.1.

However, Timmy may not even have an AGP port, so it'll be pretty moot.

In other news: I just bought nVidia's first ever graphics card!
Red_Machine: Flouting the Windows Lifecycle Policy since 1989!

Chocofreak13

yay!

i'm unsure of timmy's specs. right now his main function is a table.
