Krizonar

It's from 2004 apparently,

It has an ARM processor, 128 megs of ram and a 2 gigabyte hd. Runs ce 5.0 from what little I can make of it.
I'm honestly having trouble figuring it out. it's so weird.

Now now, the Dreamcast used modified CE in some game titles.

My current PC setup is a cheap Packard Bell iMedia with a 2.5Ghz dual core Celeron, 2GB RAM.
Hooked up to a 20" HP 2010 TFT.
Actually quite surprised how good this TFT is. Obviously its a TN LCD with cathode/EL backlight, but even this, it has really crisp sharpness and the screen is really evenly illuminated. I've seen monitors with worse illumination and theyve cost more than this HP.
Oh also, it has built in speakers, though theyre quite primitive.

Obviously using Win7 Home Premium, which was packed with it.
However, dont like the silly fancy stuff, so turned off Aero almost immediately.

I'm an old fart who wants his OS's simple and chunky. Deal with it.
However, I like my computers in small form factor.

I also bought a secondary computer which I left in finland at my parents.
It's a cheap Acer eMachines EL1330, 2.7ghz AthlonII X2, 4GB ram.

I've never really been a PC gamer, hence never needed any real super computing power from my PCs.
As long it manages to run Photoshop CS2.

Acer eMachines?  They're seperate companies...

Well, Acer owns it.

I guess because of owning a jesusphone, I can add into the list of OSs i use the iOS...

So, after years of telling my father that "If we're going to keep running XP Pro on Emily (the aging desktop) we really need to upgrade her RAM from 512 MB to something a little more, substantial."  Over Christmas break he finally asks me "You think the computer's performance would improve if we upgraded the RAM?"  We're upgrading the RAM now.  Better late then never!

VonDaab

My previous computer was a PB laptop running XP Pro with 512MB RAM, last summer it started having issues with its screen backlight, which died shortly after. So at that point decided to get a completely new computer.

Suppose I should add Hannah here since I am using her sorta as a computer.

shitty/glazia/kaiya (all the same computer) was running XP for awhile.

458MB of ram if i remember right. that persisted for about a year and a half....maybe two years.

but she was in the spacepod....and she rocked it like a hurricane. -w- IMing my love interest at the time at midnight in that thing, durring the summer, with the christmas lights on......that will be one of my best memories for a very long time.
and since he was there in the room one of the times i used the spacepod, i have photos, which means i won't be able to forget. :3
