This is my first attempt on post pict in this forum.
Please let me know if i place this in the wrong section.
Anyway....here i go.

I don't think this pict is good.....but it will be sufficient as the starter.
Umm.....btw.....please someone tell me how to post pict in gallery.
humm its been a while since I created my user gallery... let me see...
Please let me know if you have remembered it.
Thanks.
have you tried just selecting the upload file option and selecting personal gallery from the dropdown menu on where you want to put it?
umm....i guess i haven't try it .....
Aw...crap ! The rental bill is at my limit.....
Thanks for the advice...i'll try to do it later.
ooooh, coolz
we need to get you some lineart cleaning skillz. ^^
....unless you're going for a sketchy look, well...
@sleepyD
Yeah....this is an old pict
But up till now...i still lack the skill to clean the line....
Or....maybe some one have some suggestion how i should do that or tell me where can i learn it (at some website maybe...)
easy!
-first sketch with pencil
-trace with ballpoint
-use eraser leaving the ballpoint
-scan
-vector/colour it in macromedia flash
-shade/highlight it in photoshop
presto! you have yourselves a quality artwork ;)
And that's not too shabby for a first attempt, though i think the dragonhead thing all up front should be more in the back
eww.. ballpoint >_< and if your gonna ink on the computer, skip the ink stage..use the sketch as your base. But personaly Id rather just do the whole thing in photoshop.... like so:

50billions minutes in photoshop well spent
I was wondering when you'd show that picture again.... Ã,¬vÃ,¬'
BTW, ta hell with vector/coloring in Macromedia Flash.
Inkscape works 10x better on multiple platforms, and at only a fraction of the cost (="free").

Examples of what can be done in Inkscape or available at redrackham-san's request. -v-
Added after 1 minutes:
HOLY $@#%!! version 0.45 is OUT!!! ^V^
*runs off to download*
QuoteI was wondering when you'd show that picture again.... Ã,¬vÃ,¬'
oooh hoho this coming from you, the biggest shameless promoter of them all!! Youve gotten a wee better, but it used to be that you would post the same picture in like 6 threads to make sure everyone saw it, and then if someone that has been gone a while shows up youd post it again in what every thread they posted in :P Hush you or its into the frying pan, I havent had dinner yet.
Ahhh, put a sock in it. I know you're blowing things WAY outta proportion cause it wasn't 3.1-sama that I drew. `v'
Betcha if I drew her with nothing but her ribbons like you wanted to, you yourself would volunteer to smuggle her into Wakachan and Niijura! ^v^
Now if you'll excuse me, I've get new vector blurring effects to play around with.... -v-
Mmmm,... blurring.... -.-
Umm....i got newest pict.....lately i have some trick to smoothen the line of my pict, still using Photoshop.
This is the result :

It's still not a perfect one....i really like the effect on captbrenden's pict.
Btw...i'm uploading my first OS-tan pict....it's still black and white...
I'll coloring it later.

The first pic has a very gorgeous and pleasant effect on the eye. ^___^
Second pic is downright hilarious -- I'm itching to see the colored version. ^v^
BTW, not sure if you personally work with any vector tools, but here's my last pic to show you what can be done with Inkscape in case you want a fast way to clean lines:

Though personally, /Cchan thinks your lines are fine. -v-
looks good indeed, the ripples in the dress arn't quite right in the first one but I didn't notice at first glance...but the hair is stubby it looks a bit strange
2nd picture is great!
@Xyanide
Yeah....i notice it too.
But that's the weakness of my trick.....
@C-Chan
um....yesterday, i got old vector based program. It's Corel Graphic Suit 12....but i have no idea on how to use it because it's been 2 years since the last time i used it.....
Inkscape....i got snail-speed internet....so.....i have to go to an internet rental to download it. But i haven't got the free time to do it....
Hmmm,... if Corel Studio is anything like Adobe Illustrator, it MIGHT make your vector drawing experience unnecessarily complicated. '__';
Probably would be best to stick to Inkscape, except for the unfortunate part about the download speed. -___-'
The program itself is light -- but it has to ship with its own desktop environment so that's what contributes to the 20MB file size. Back when I was preDSL, I would usually leave something like that running for about an hour or two on the side while I do other things, but you might understandably have issues with that. Especially if this is to test a new form of art style that may or may not work for you (there's only a 50/50 chance you'll like it). ^__^'
I guess we can leave it to the curb for now -- but if you do happen to come across a copy of version 4.5 and above, definitely let me know. ^__~
Not bad, but with some plus hours it becomes better.
its amazing how the colours works on the pictures.... like how u colour them ?
