I don't play mugenl, but this is an interesting find. I imagine the person who created this character must've taken inspiration from the design of xp-tan or komepo.

I have not heard of the Komelu, could be a typo, could be something else.

The designs are similar enough that I would think it might just be an alternate name or typo.

We might be able to get a better idea if we look at the Futaba mugen fork.

Edit: Upon launching my Nijikaku game, ingame that is definitely her sprite, but the image labeled "komelu stanford" I cannot find.
