There also doesn't even need to be a solid single -tan for an OS either.
Windows Vista and Windows 7 both have a bunch of characters that are totally accepted and even drawn together. It doesn't even need to be limited to different editions of the same OS.
Vistake, Vistobu, Ultima-san and Chiivistan are all Vista and all remain decently popular.
Hell, XP Media Center Edition has like 3 different designs that are all awesome.

W11? they're copy Gnome desktop, Ubuntu and POPOS layout. That's why I hate Gnome DE desktop it's ugly and most alienate hard to adapt to windows users and I don't understand why many windows users are ignorant believe popular distro fanboys BS. After I discovered Xfce it pissed me off to realize that linux community hide Xfce easiest DE from us windows users. They hate & harass those make linux look like windows especiall Ubuntu & Gnome DE fanboyz they're tried to preach us linux is not windows and tried to use Gnome3 lure windows newbies to stop use windows users from use windows 7 layout which annoy us windows users who realize Gnome3 is ugly. But thanks to Clem made Cinnamon, Mate Desktop with Mint distro to get out of Ubuntu ugly flagship iso with Gnome DE shenanigans. But wait up not all Ubuntu are rubbish Xubuntu, Kubuntu, Ubuntu Mate they're good ones as Mint Cinnamon/Mate/Xfce DE easier than Ubuntu. This is why I use Xfce on linux I got W7 theme and aero glass well fit with Xfces desktop than Cinnamon.

Futaba already shown that there's no right or wrong you can't expect microsoft to do for you it's originally fanbase made mascot and the acceptance decided by community

Windows 11: New UI (sort of) Microsoft kinda half assed it.
Also Windows 11: Very Bloated likes rounded corners alot and loves UWP.
I agree with you do you want to make a Windows 11-Tan with big breast
Again: This art does not belong to me. Infact if I try to draw an OS-Tan it would end up looking very bad I'm only good at drawing stickman even then I'm still a bad drawer.

I like the design but it's too generic for a -tan. She also needs a bigger chest since Windows 11 takes a lot of power to run, similar to XP-tan's reason for having a big bust. We also got to display the curves that 11-tan has. I also want to implement how needy she is, seeing how Microsoft is pushing every Windows 10 user to upgrade to 11.
