Wow... that is specially cute. I feel like I must steal her just so I could have her all to myself. O_O; XDD

The only thing I see off in any way is the feather... which actually should have colors akin to the Betta-fish wallpaper... but even then, I really don't have problems seeing the designers seem to no be sure whether to set it in stone yet.

Anyways.. Good job! Keep it up!

Wow. I didnt think someone would actually like my design( even though I didnt know anything of windows 7 at the time. it does my heart good.) I might draw some more once I get my drawing lessons completed^^
