C-Chan, it's the gal on the left ââ,¬â€ whose laugh is extremely infectious ââ,¬â€ whom I appreciate for thinking the whole scenario is hilarious.  I know it's cruel to laugh at somebody who's having a hard time, such as the gal on the right, but I'm willing to degrade myself in this instance.

Anyway....  I've been thinking about that really-weird sub-genre (or whatever it's called) which shows parts of aircraft sticking to anime girls; and it just seems so, erm, wrong.  It's like:  "Tee hee!  There was a war, isn't that cute?"

What I'd much rather see are adaptations of anime girls for nose-art purposes.  Of course, in this age of political correctness they'd all have to be much more tame than the paintings created in a bygone (and more matter-of-fact) era:

I can visualize MacOS-tan, depicted throwing one of her bombs, adorning the nose of a modern-day bomber aircraft.  Are any Photoshop geniuses up for the task?

Hahaha, I wish I had had those answers in my mind when taking maths exams back in the sixth form, Neko-san; my favourite teacher would've ripped my head off for sure. Especially the first solution was awesome! XD

I got quite a scare on Wednesday night just before going to sleep; I fainted and hit my head against the floor. Got a small scab into the corner of my right eye, hurt my shoulder, elbow and hip slightly and my glasses flew under the bed. I also had a nasty headache yesterday still, and went to see the doctor. Fortunately it doesn't seem to be anything overly serious, in spite of giving me a proper fright. Headache's mostly gone by now, and shoulder's sore only when touched. So, that's my excuse for approving the gallery uploads only today. :|

I know a few airwingers neko-san but i dont think ive seen any nose art recently...  the closes ive seen is giving names to vechicals and painting it on the side.  like one of our tanks is named porn star. hto tank on tank action! Dood i knew you could pick up chicks in a tank!

the fact that they are war machines is not why they arnt cute tho...  its how they are done.  Ive seen half a dozen differnt girls in uniform pics representing the branches that were to die for.  Even a few of cute anime girls wearing combat gear and medic bags or going on patrol. thats war related.. but its pulled off well

I remember my trip out to Dayton to see the Air Force Museum. They also have the old Presidential Aircraft there, including the aircraft that carried Kennedy back from Dallas after his untimely death.
