Sauna
Roll around naked in snow
Back in and drink Julmust and Cola + eat snacks in sauna
Rinse/repeat for 2 hours with hair conditioner equipped constantly
FUCKING BLISS

My clone wasn't all that keen on the snow-rolling, but he had the excuse that during last weekend he did what is called a Ronja - meaning, sauna and then using snow to wash your entire body. If the aftereffect of a snow roll feels like piranhas nibbling on your legs, I imagine this'd be an upgrade to small sharks.


In any case, however abused the sentence might be in other contexts, I quite literally feel like I'm melting at this moment. Every muscle and every bone feels mushy and squishy and heavy-ish...I needed this. -w-

So I slept all day, missed classes, missed eating meals, I don't know why and am slightly concerned.  Other then that, normal day.

i feel guilty that i'm not working on finals. :[

on the upside, i've FINALLY started my christmas shopping. so far, i've ordered some items off of thinkgeek, bought my sister's present (pride and prejudice and zombies: dawn of the dreadfuls), and the first part of my mom's present (a wedge of all natural antibacterial soap from lush, called 13 soap [unlucky for dirt]).

and what did i get you guys for christmas? well, besides a BUTTLOAD of os-tan pics (which i will upload after the server move), check the otakon thread. <3

@nej: i suppose i could use that.....12 years or so of pent-up back issues is starting to get to me....i breathed in and my back cracked. >__<;

Though I do remember running outside after hot showers - clothed mind you - and pressing my face into the snow. Good times, back in the days when we got snow...

I take sauna any time. I'll never touch the snow after, though. >.<

Oh well, living in an apartment with its own sauna and being in the third floor sort of make it easy. x)

Our sauna is owned by the neighborhood association (or whatever you translate Bostadsrättsförening to properly), but it's just next door to us, and outside its dressing room is a wooden veranda used for whipping mats in the summer (though you have to walk out the window), which is very nice and snow-y right now. And people don't use it much (WTF), so it's usually free even if you haven't made a reservation in advance.

I actually feel like going over and getting myself a shot right now, being all ski-sweaty and fatigue-y...just gotta wait 'til someone else comes home to take care of teh dog, tho. -_-

IN GOOD NEWS, TURNS OUT MY BROTHER'S SECOND RELAPSE AFTER HIS SECOND SURGERY FOR A HERNIATED DISC WASN'T A RELAPSE BUT AN INFECTION, SO HE WON'T NEED ANOTHER SURGERY, JUST SOME ANTIBIOTICS, AND THEN HE'LL BE ABLE TO DO STUFF AGAIN.

Poor chap's been at it for a year now. Glad it's over. ;w;
