So, I right now I'm running a kludgey OS used on IBM mainframes and a freakishly overrated yet undeniably appealing Unix-like on a computer infamous for catastrophic overheating issues. If you guessed OS/360 and Mac OSX on an Apple ///, you're dead wrong (and probably high)...

It's SUSE and Linux Mint on an emachines M6800...

I've had K8 back since mid-late September... hasn't had any major problems yet, though occasionally she'll space out and reboot. Doesn't seem to be accompanied by any hardware symptoms, so I think it's a software issue.

Daylight Savings Time ending helped me get up earlier this morning! Thnx DST!

Big news; no class tomorrow.  Slightly terrifying news: I have to register for next semester's classes.  That being said I saw an episode of My Name is Earl where the gang's town is apparently on COPS.  I was amused.  CURSE KEN AKAMATSU'S HOT WIFE FOR DELAYING THE RELEASE OF THE NEW CHAPTER.

That's all I got.  Yeeeeeeeeah, I'm so ready.

Just spent an hour outside in the snow, playing around. Yes. At my age. Snow makes me feel/behave like a 12-year old at times... -w-; Just laid in the yard grass for 10 minutes straight, snow pattering my face. Feelsgoodman. Feelsgood.
