Quote from: "NejinOniwa"Thanks...
I've been trying to wear that coat out during the weekend, and having a bunch of good classmates around you can REALLY help when you're like that. As, of course, do you people. ^^
I'll be trying to cheer up.
Well, we're always here. ^^

I agree, I've seen my classmates help others when a certain classmate of mine passed freshman year high school. I didn't know him personally, but I have seen what friends and classmates can do.

And whoever decided that math should be first thing in the morning should be beaten with a stick. I'm not joking. >_<
No kidding, and I supposedly good at math. I tell ya, even though Vector Calculus is supposed to be the easiest part of calculus, taking it at 7:15am in the morning every day was beyond horrid.  (I took this for summer)

Second that notion. Something worst than brain freeze in the morning, but you should able to resist it better if you can handle programming.
And I can handle programming too.

Since I don't want to be an engineer that can't do calculus, I'm taking it again. ^^; (at the more sane hour of 10am)

ShinyJam

Programming feel more difficult than calculus, maybe cause I took Advance Placement ><

Ah I gonna be engineer too, still burning on algebra! XD

Well, good sir, I wish you luck in your endeavors. ^^

I'm majoring in Aerospace Engineering and minoring in Computer Science, and I have taken AP CompSci and AP Calc BC back in high school.

And I still think programming is easier than calculus to me. XD;

It might be how your brain thinks about things.
Personally, I can't grasp theoretical concepts as easily as concepts that I can apply.  That's why I tend to learn my calculus more easily from my physics class. ^^
As for CompSci, I've always found programming fun.  It's like a puzzle of sorts. hehe :3  I remember being so proud of a recursive function I wrote in Java when I was programming a text-based 2p-version of Go (As in Hikaru no Go, as in Asian board game Go)

* walks up from a door, and yawns *

Oh my, it seems that I overslept a little... but I'm alive ^^

So, hello again! What's up? Anything strange happened in the last few months?

Aurora Borealis

I also hate having math in the morning. Was especially bad in 9th grade when I had Geometry first thing >__<. But nothing says good wake-up call like a bunch of hard math first thing in the morning!

At least now I have math in the middle of the school day when I am fully attentive.

Haven't seen you in a long time, Exa! And as for things that have happened in the last few months, I don't remember if anything strange happened but as for other things that happened that I remember right away: There is an OS-tan wiki revival project going on (got a lot done in the past week or so!) and I started chapter 2 of zerOSanity! And of course more OS-tan art from the forum's artists!

C-Chan

*bursts back in*

BOOYEAH!!  I'm back!!!  ^V^

....

And late as hell, so don't mind me as a I make my rounds at light speed.... T___T

*blurts out blazing fast comments to quick to be perceived by the human ear about greetings, PETchan, why DSL won't work since it still runs on normal phone lines not cable lines, horror, beating people with sticks, Acher finally appearing, Vector Calculus and its relationship to Inkscape, very scary eyes on ShinyJam, Exa finally appearing, how awesome Aurora-dono has become since she became GNU/Linux, etc*

Okay, see ya!

*darts off to the rest of the forum threads*

Quote from: "NejinOniwa"Good morning, peoples. Actually it's dinnertime, but, it doesn't really matter. Anyways, if you are to find me very depressed and so on and not my usual cheery self these coming days...have a look at my sig. I'll be gone away on a school trip tomorrow and over the weekend though, so hopefully I'll be able to recover but...well, don't expect anything out of me, is what I'd like to say.

I know I'm late. But still I 'm onna give condolence to you and other people affected as well...

Focusing on math at an early morning makes your day already heavy. Aurora made her way to a wrong time. :D

... and C is in quick speed! XD

Gummster

Just reporting in for now, like with many others RL is getting crazy busy, things should cool down in the next week or so tho.

Ooooh, I hate math too : \

Oddly, though, geometry is my favorite math subject, it seems to come the easiest to me O__o

ShinyJam

Geometry use both brain for math and shapes, so it should help for right brain person.

NejinOniwa

MATHS IS BAD FOR YOU

If there's a subject worse than French Grammar, that's gonna be it. -.-

And welcome back, Exa-kun! (Where exactly were you, anyways?)

Oh and also, sorry for my absence these last two days, but some stupid thunderstorm crashed the hub switch for my area's broadband connection, so I've lived in enclosure for two days. It was slightly frightening.
YOU COULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS

Well, at some unknown reason (lazyness?), I forgot to check the forums ^^' Also, there was a week when I was out from computer range... I hope I won't miss that large time again..

Darknight_88

Maths are kinda fun...Specially derivatives and integration :D
on the other hand, ethics and philosophy (exam in 4 hours and I should be studying instead of posting...) are BORING.

Also, what the hell I'm doing here? I was absent [as always] from the forums due to exams...and there are still 2 left...

At least you didn't fail your grade 9 math class. >__<  Unless you did and nobody told me... >.>

So far, math isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Since my math teacher does have his ways of making it humorous. ^^;
