If there's anything good that comes out of Discord shooting itself in the foot with mandated ID uploads, I hope it's a return to forum engagement. Probably not but I can dream.

Forums are back on the menu!
Shame Discord is going the way they are but they want to make more money and the easiest method to that is selling our data. Plus the attempt the indoctrinate the kids into thinking its okay to give company's biometric data or ID's just to use a platform.

I've been able to convince a good amount of my friends to move over to Teamspeak for voice and spinning up a private forum for them to post memes and other stuff  .

Hope everyone has been well, as usual its been busy but life has been good 

Still messing around with my homelab stuff, shame prices for computer components have jumped up to where they're at! Thanks AI!

I'm already working on setting up a private IRC server on a raspberry pi.

We've pretty much gotten to a point where you cant trust any corporation in any amount. All of them will turn coat and betray users. Decentralised and locally run is the only way.
