He'll be here the 6th - 11th... I'm thinking we should hang out in Concord one day. I'll take you* to the NH museum of History, that giant antique mall and the fancy (but reasonably priced) Japanese restaurant if you want.

*as in drive you, I'm too poor to treat you all, sadly.

Chocofreak13

how's the 6th? Steve only has tuesdays and sundays off, and i'd rather go with the one where we aren't going to have to rush. (i'm dragging him along whether he likes it or not.)

I have to run it past Stew but it sounds doable to me.

We plan on getting a somewhat early-ish start, getting to Concord in the mid-morning (think 9am-10am), doing some things before heading over to Moritomo for lunch... the lunch special lasts until 3PM, but I'd like to get over there by noonish - 1PM. Then probably head out and do some more things around the city (Museum, browsing main street, loitering at Books-A-Million, showing Stew Market Basket (a.k.a. The Shop, The Myth, The Legend), etc.)

The only things I know will cost money are the museum (if we go) and Moritomo (regular lunch specials run $7 - $10, hibachi meals are $10 - $14) so plan accordingly. It ALSO just occurred to me we could go to the planetarium if we decide not to go to the museum ...

Happy new year! How's it feel to be in 2015? We still have about 10 hours to go here in the US.

So I found a way to tether my mobile internet connection to my PC.

Normally, it'd bring up a message about not being allowed to use tethering on a computer (or anything other than a phone or tablet). It does this by reading your browser's user agent string, so all I had to do was change my browser's user agent to one of the Safari webkit browser for iPhone. It breaks Flash, but at least it's there.

What's in your hand, back at me. I have it, it's an oyster with two figures of your favorite Touhou characters. Look again, the figures are now vials of the Hourai Elixir. Anything is possible when your waifu smells like Old World and not a man. I'm a frog.

Chocofreak13

happy new rear, guys.

@leaf: cool, man. i'm unfamiliar with that, will it make the mobile internet faster?

It allows him to use his computer over his cell phone connection. I considered doing this, but unfortunately, my provider will cut my line if they caught me doing that :\

Chocofreak13

that sucks. sounds awesome. :0

Dr. Kraus

Finally wrote out a synopsis for my current project "Robotic Tears" which I've been working on for the last month or so.

Got the map to work somewhat in Ren'py but still needs tweaking for it to be working without major issues. Most of the music being used at the moment is free creative commons stuff until I get around to getting some stuff of my own made. Art at a standstill due to my lack of skill. Inventory system works good enough with only the weapon selection not working all that well for now.

Chocofreak13

oh wow, no wonder we haven't heard much from you. good luck, man. :00
