"Hey there lookin' at me
Tell me what do you see
But you quickly turn your head away
Try to find the words I could use
Don't have the courage to come up to you
My chance is looking a bit gray

Staring across the room
Are you leaving soon?
I just need a little time

What is it that drives me mad
Girls like you that I never had
What is it about you that I adore?
What makes me feel so much pain?
That makes me go so insane
What is it about you that I adore?

Staring across the room
Are you leaving soon?
I just need a little time

Why did you have to leave so soon?
Why did you have to walk away?
Oh well it happened again
She walked away with her boyfriend
Maybe we'll meet again someday."

I have had Green Day's "At The Library" stuck in my head all day.

in other news, I've been all over the damn map today. 11 towns in all (10 if you don't count home). in order:

Windham
Hudson
Nashua
Amherst
Manchester
Concord (then back to Manchester)
Bedford
New Boston
Goffstown (then back through New Boston, Bedford, and Manchester)
Londonderry
Derry
(then back to Windham)

all in all it was a very productive day and I got two boxes of Waffle Crisp in Goffstown which I proceeded to molest (in bag) in the grocery store parking lot.

also helped out my mother's friend today, and worked on art this morning. paid a bill with mum and found a dental school she has to go to in a few weeks. a productive day indeed.

@Kari: Well, I *was* at the library earlier, so maybe the reasoning was that you somehow knew where I was? :3

@Dustii, Cockle: I once got my thumb stuck in the car door when I was younger. That hurt so much >_<;

Chocofreak13

my sister closed a car door on my hand once. that was a joy.

In my case, the door latched on me with my thumb in there >_<;

Cockleshell

i also slammed my foot under a concrete block that was a party and a half
What's in your hand, back at me. I have it, it's an oyster with two figures of your favorite Touhou characters. Look again, the figures are now vials of the Hourai Elixir. Anything is possible when your waifu smells like Old World and not a man. I'm a frog.

THAT EXTENSION IS ONLY FOR GOOGLE CHROME!

Broken piece of shit.

Chocofreak13

I'd google it to see if there's a solution. :\

@stew: that sucks. :\
also, someday I need your address. for shipping and all that.

@Stew: Seconding Kari on that; as I have something to send you

@Leaf: Reminds me of a messed up copy of Donkey Kong Country I had at one point. Because the connectors were a bit rusty, it'd crash to an anti-piracy screen when you tried to go to the 2nd boss of the game.

So I'm up early. I think I should have turned off the heater in my room, because it was getting a bit too warm in here :\

Chocofreak13

NO SUCH THING.

anyway, that's a bit lulzy considering it's a legit copy of the game. I'm wondering how that would even come into play....like, they "copy" the game onto an illegitimate cartridge...?

It's supposed to detect if something is abnormal, such as if the game is running off a game copier instead of a cartridge (Example of such a device, plugged into a Super Famicom). Still odd how, due to some rust, it managed to trigger the anti-piracy screen -w-;

Chocofreak13

people bitch about how one tiny scratch can fuck up a whole system, and yet it goes to show that the ones back in the day were pretty damn sensitive, too. -w-;;

Indeed -w-;

Which, some copy protection stuff in games can be amusing; like Spyro: Year of the Dragon (Every single character will tell you "this is a bootleg copy" when you talk to them, on top of other little things) or EarthBound had (If you hack the game to bypass the typical warning screen, it raises a flag that sharply increases the game's difficulty to make it nearly unplayable, and if by some chance you survive all the way to the end, the game will crash when the final boss fight begins).
