I've been playing Thresh in League lately, and really... I'm starting to get the creeper mindset myself.

He's an undead insane jailer who collects souls from the dead during games (passive).
His Q throws a hook/sickle, that chains the first target it hits and starts pulling it toward him in little twitches. He can also choose to jump to the target, pouncing.
His W throws a lantern, that can collect souls where it lands, shields nearby allies and can pull them towards him if they click it.
His E sweeps his sickle in a line around him and knocks all targets in the direction you wish.

His ultimate is...The Box. A pentagon of walls around him dealing massive damage and slow to anyone passing through.
He has the creepiest voice lines ever, and a laugh to match it. He's ranged, but he doesn't have any projectiles - he just throws his sickle out and attacks with that, pulling it back in on its chain before attacking again. I find myself laughing randomly in the same creepy way when I play him, too...
