I think System 9's the best part of the new banner to be honest, though the whole thing is really nice.

Borya, I'm not a West Virginia resident.  I'm a Virginia resident, and yes.  Yes they do.  It's a state control only branch of the Adjutant General's office, right below the National Guard.
