Well, seeing as the activity of the general populace of this forum has declined somewhat...I think we might not be seeing one. Also Fedora-tan was the one to initiate the last one, and it's sure been a while since last time our dear admin was seen, and before that it was surely half a year or something, i think. We'd have to initiate it on our own, would that be the case.

As I said, I'm trying to scrounge up something good Opensource stuff so we don't run into trouble with people that lack the software. Fun stuff like ArmagetronAdvanced or OpenLieroX come to mind.

BRAWL IS NOT RELEASED IN EUROPE YET BAWWWWWWW
Also I don't even have a damn Wii...
...yet.

Like I said, we need something Open Source or at least something that's freely available for download so that nobody gets left out. I already pointed out two possible candidates, OpenLieroX and Armagetron Advanced. They're both fun and simple games that are easy to understand and play, and yet allow for advanced tactics and technique. They're also both active projects - especially OLX that has, only in the last few months come out with 2 new beta releases, each sporting big improvements.
If anyone else knows something free-for-all that's good for multiplayer, get it up. Otherwise I suggest you practice. -w-

Ooh, I do so like these.
I've played both of these, and like them quite alot.

I am a fan of worms, and I really enjoy OpenLieroX

Armagatron Advanced is really fun too.

But I'll take OpenLieroX, so when enough people join, are we going to set a date and time?

Also, I would throw in InfinityCat, a mugen clone with online play, that can also play in PSP and many versions of Linux, but that's rather complicated, you still have to find characters and all. So...Yeah..

THE GAME would be OSC's gaming tournament/competition/whatever. Just want us to be able to do something together.

The games I've put forward are OLX - a 2-d Worms clone in realtime, basically a platformer shooter game. Armagetron is...well, a Lightcycle clone. It's something like 3d multiplayer Snake, but on a huge map and with motorcycles which "tails" extend forever behind them. You build mazes and stuff.
