so there's this huge scab on my knee and it's taking quite a bit of willpower not to tear it off. :\

both... I've been making brackets, but the wire rods were too stiff, so I had to apply lots of strenght to do so... that without taking into account that I had to straighten each wire rod before bending the brackets, all using a hammer
