planning on watching sailor moon and casshern today, provided casshern doesn't skip worse than a well-loved CD. >>;

So, I watched Casshern: Robot Hunter...or rather, Casshan: Robot Hunter; as the name was mistranslated in this version ^_^;;
(Also, Buraiking Boss is "Black King Boss". He looks a lot like Sigma, from Mega Man X)

The story is pretty good; since this is much closer to the original '73 series in plot, I can really see how this influenced Mega Man X. Being a 4-part OVA, it has a nice budget to it, so fight scenes are surprisingly close to Casshern Sins in terms of style. The theme song is quite good, however the voice acting is not that great, but that's likely due to a bias toward the voice actors of the current series.

Also, there's some fanservice in this. Not overboard like some shows; just enough to be nice -w-

All in all, it's pretty good; I'd highly suggest checking it out if you currently enjoy Casshern Sins, or are a fan of Mega Man X

actually, i don't think i have any series i left in the middle right now. wait, there's casshern. but awesome as it is, it's not high on my priority list, sadly. :\

i was thinking of starting Nichibros and perhaps AnoHana (mainly because Raffaele's watched it and now i gotta catch up).

Seriously, when a show doesn't even have to SHOW ANYTHING to make you laugh your ass off (audio-only episode 3 intro of 1 minute, looking at you here), IT IS GOOD.

it's so adorable thus far, which makes it even more depressing that it's a bit of a lost cause.
the adults have such noodly legs. really shows its age, but that just makes it more endearing. xD
