I remember watching a program on NEC refurbishing computers;
1.) Formatting the hard drive 3 times to make sure NOTHING is left
2.) Cleaning the screen, replacing the keyboard
3.) OS reinstallation
4.) New box

Etc, etc, etc

Rather interesting, not only can you get the latest models, even the older ones too.
