And thank you Codi, yes I've been having a splendid time.  ^.^
It's the uber friendliness that attracted me to this site (something not apparently guaranteeed at Waka.... Ã,¬__Ã,¬').

Actually, you seem like a frequent visitor of the Lounge area, and I could learn a thing or two since I'm too shy to pry myself off the OS-tan Discussion area and brave other topics.

All in stride, I suppose.  Maybe by next week, I'll finally get to the 'Location, Location, Location' thingie....  ^.^'

Welcome NewYinzer! (a bit late). Greetings from a sunny, hot and beautiful disclosed location!. Well...If my budget for entertainment weren't so small (more like ZERO), I'd also collect model aircraft. Instead, I just collect pictures from the Internet =P and limit myself to build [lego] mech's with the few (compared to some models on the Internet) pieces I have. . Still, small folder (108 Mb, including tanks, copters and any other kind of military vehicle  ;013 ).

This is still the place to introduce yourself, right? Well, hello from Beautifully crappy West Delray Beach, just North of Boca Raton, Florida, birthplace of the IBM PC! I've been lurking here for, I don't know, I'd say three months and decided to get a membership right before school started. I'm into OS History (not just DOS, but VMS, Multics, ITS, AS/400, MVS, z/OS, etc.) and was hoping I could help out a few people with historical decisions and stuff like that.

Oh, I also like ripping all of the songs out of PS1 disks and watching Invader Zim episodes via YouTube, hence the avatar and name, and for all of those who care, yes, I dual-boot Linux and XP Home. Hope I can be of some help for the up-and-coming comic series (Which is starting to remind me of the HURD at this point)

Woohoo!!  Another Linux user AND a fan of ancient and command line OS!!  I could really use your help in time... ^.^

I've more-or-less drafted preconcepts for a VMS-tan, MULTICS-tan, MVS-tan and Z/OS-tan, in addition to several others such as EXEC-tan, TOPS-tan, TPF-tan, EMAS-tan and of course UNIX-sama.  But naturally, since I'm not originally a computer expert, I'm still kinda scanning through the enormous family tree of non-Unix systems on the blind here.  Case in point, I have no clue what ITS and AS/400 are.  -_-'

Probably a moot point anyway, since it'll be a while until I get to draw any of these.  -v-'
